Hi, I'm Mike Quirke, president of Houston Software. I grew up in New England and spent four years as an Air Force Officer after graduating from Boston College in the late sixties. I also have a degree in accounting and have been a CPA since 1975. Hello! My name is Rand Krumland. I was educated at UC Berkeley, Stanford, and M.I.T. During that time I have served in a variety of consulting, managerial, academic, and research roles for several different companies and organizations. I have been involved in many different kinds of consulting activities ranging from analyzing and specifying systems of all sorts, to development of standalone systems, to development of systems integrated with accounting, sales and marketing, fixed asset, and human resource systems, to different kinds of test and trial systems.

Hi! I'm Tim Goodwin. I attended St. Johns School, in Houston,Tx, Williams College in Williamstown, Mass and Harvard Business School. My background includes Big Six consulting experience plus being the owner of a small oil field manufacturing firm in the early seventies. I enjoy helping firms of all sizes computerize their financial operations.

I have a great deal of experience in programming in Access and through the years I have implemented nearly all of the major accounting software packages - Macola, Great Plains, Solomon, MAS 90, Platinum, etc. The large scale migration of corporate users to Windows Accounting and Client Server has kept me quite busy in the last few years but I would enjoy hearing from you. Hello, My name is Michael Hyland. I attended the Business School of Boston College and graduated in 1966.  I then served as a pilot and electronic communications officer in the U.S. Navy during the Vietnam War. I attended NYU and obtained my MBA in accounting while working as a manager for a major NY bank. I then became the chief operating officer for Lambert's Bakeries a chain of retail bakeries in NY and NJ which was sold successfully in 1995. Thereafter, I joined IBM as an IT technician and worked in computer systems design and networking.

My role at Merrimack Software is to provide Mid-Atlantic region companies access to the latest appropriate accounting software and hardware systems. Hello, I'm Michael Quirke (the younger one). I graduated from Texas Christian University with a BA in History and then served as an Army Infantry Officer for four years. Upon completion of my service, I decided to return to civilian life. Since my honorable discharge last summer, I have worked for Houston Software Inc.- building this new website, improving search engine optimization, and managing the online marketing. Come August 2010, I will begin law school with the aim to become a people's lawyer.
